• Donor Records: Name, email address, transaction reference, designated program, and donation amount for issuing formal receipts and tax records.
• Volunteer Data: Name, phone/WhatsApp number, city, interests, and availability for coordination of local aid drives in Multan.
• Mental Health Inquiries: Confidential contact coordinates and optional intake notes. These are classified as strictly protected clinical communication and are never merged with public or donor registries.
• Website Usage Data: Anonymized telemetry (only if optional Analytics cookies are enabled by user consent).

3. Payment Gateway Security

We do not store, process, or retain raw credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Card transactions are executed through PCI-DSS certified third-party payment gateways. Mobile wallet transfers (JazzCash and Easypaisa) and direct bank transfers are tracked purely through customer-provided transaction reference IDs for audit validation.

4. Beneficiary Protection and Consent

Beneficiary stories and photographs displayed on this website are shared solely with explicit, informed consent. For vulnerable households, orphans, and mental health clients, identifying details are anonymized or masked to uphold human dignity.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, rent, or lease donor lists or personal details to third parties. Information is only shared with authorized volunteer coordinators on a strict need-to-know basis or when required by Pakistani law.
