Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Multan, Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Wish Organization (“WISH”, “we”, “our”), located at wishorganization.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our digital services.

2. Charitable Contributions and Zakat

All donations made to WISH constitute voluntary charitable gifts to further our nonprofit missions: Zero Hunger, No Poverty, Climate Action, and the Mental Health Project.

  • Designated Funds: Funds earmarked for a specific cause (such as Zakat, food rations, or tree planting) will be utilized for that specific purpose with full Shariah compliance.
  • Refund Policy: Because funds are immediately deployed toward ground procurement and relief distributions, charitable contributions are generally non-refundable once disbursed. In case of duplicate or erroneous transfers, please contact us within 7 days.

3. Volunteer Code of Conduct

Individuals registering as volunteers agree to uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect, and non-discrimination. Volunteers must strictly protect beneficiary dignity and refrain from unauthorized photography or disclosure of sensitive household circumstances.

4. Mental Health Advisory Disclaimer

The WISH Mental Health Project offers supportive emotional counseling. It does not replace emergency medical interventions or inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. If you or someone you know is experiencing acute self-harm thoughts or life-threatening crises, please immediately seek emergency hospital care.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

All logos, brand marks, written editorial pieces, and original media on wishorganization.com are the property of Wish Organization, unless otherwise attributed to partner entities. Reproduction requires written permission.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Multan, Punjab.
