Monthly Food Distribution

Pakistan currently ranks 99th on the Global Hunger Index. For hundreds of daily-wage households in southern Punjab, a single missed day of labor means an empty hearth.Through our Monthly Food Distribution program, WISH provides balanced dry ration parcels containing flour (atta), pulses, cooking oil, rice, tea, and essential spices. Each parcel is measured to sustain a family of 5 to 7 individuals for an entire calendar month.Every recipient family is registered through a respectful community vetting process grounded in Islamic charity principles (Sadaqah & Zakat eligible), prioritizing widows, disabled breadwinners, and orphans.
